TERMS & CONDITIONS

By using our website and booking one of our apartments, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. **Reservations:** Reservations are subject to availability. Once the reservation is confirmed, a deposit will be required to secure it.

2. **Payment:** Full payment of the rental is required before arrival at the apartment.

3. **Cancellations:**
– 100% refund for any cancellations made up to 30 days before check-in.
– 50% refund for cancellations made within 30 days but before 14 days prior to check-in.
– No refunds for cancellations made within 14 days of check-in.

4. **Damages:** Guests are responsible for any damage caused to the apartment during their stay. A refundable security deposit may be required at the time of booking.

5. **Stay:** The number of people staying in the apartment must not exceed the maximum allowed. Additional charges will apply for extra guests.

6. **Check-in and Check-out:** Check-in is from 3:00 PM and check-out is before 11:00 AM. Charges may apply for early check-in or late check-out.

7. **House Rules:** Guests are expected to respect the house rules and not disturb the peace of other residents.

8. **Liability:** We are not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to guests’ personal belongings during their stay.
